AvantCare won the ITAC 2017 Award for the Best Workforce Efficiency and Quality Improvement Solutions at the annual event at Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre. This is a high commendation in the industry sector, and all the credit goes to our passionate and highly motivated young team at Illuminance Solutions, and our supporters and partners; MSWA, Microsoft, ClickDimensions and Leading Age Services Australia.

AvantCare support disability and aged care service providers to help deal with the massive sector challenges and driving cost saving, higher productivity and increased client care through use of innovative technologies. We offer an optimal cloud solution for care providers, offer capabilities such as Recording and Reporting, functionalities for Client Engagement, Planning and Delivery of Client Care and empowering Care Teams with new ways of keeping information available and modern methods of communication, and also supporting NDIS Billing, Payroll and budgeting tools.

The AvantCare Client Service Portal can be adjusted to reflect a care provider's own branding and offers access to all essential service information, ways to interact with care teams, offer information and published content relevant to the industry and day to day operations. The portal will contribute towards service delivery efficiency, and establishes a two-way communication link between provider and client.

The Mobile Application component facilitates day to day activities of care workers, including scheduling tools, service delivery history, availability tracking and access to care procedures and client care plans.
